2010 Restaurant Guide
Breakfast on Broadway is the perfect spot for folks to stop by for breakfast and lunch. The building is bright and pretty with big windows, soft colors, nice lighting, and comfortable seating, a nice bar-----and great food. Val and Carolyn own Flower Wraps, a favorite lunch spot near the Light Rail, now have a sister restaurant. Much different, as their first is small and more carryout, B on B brings a more traditional setting. The food stars with super pancakes that include amaretto and peaches, s’mores, strawberries Romanoff, and peanut butter and jelly. Stuffed French toast, benedicts, omelets or eggs your way offer more choices. Burritos, huevos rancheros, oatmeal and yogurt please all. There are burgers, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and club sandwiches, salads of ahi, tuna or a Caesar if you want lunch. Signature Flower Wraps are a feature as well. You’ll find entrees of liver, chicken fried steak, quiche, fettuccini, salmon, and London broil. Leave room for a shake, mud pie, apple pie or praline crepes. Along with coffee drinks, espresso, and juices, wine and beer available. Service is friendly and prices are affordable. Breakfast on Broadway is a perfect addition to the neighborhood.
